Need help getting my stuff off old phone

My phone broke recently screen went completely white and I cannot use it so I had to buy a new phone, went to apple to get the phone backed and and everything put onto the new phone they told me they cannot do anything but I need everything from that phone any suggestions that don’t include getting it fixed?? And the last back up the phone had was in 2023
