MacBook Pro 2019 A2141 fans run at full RPM and shuts down after SSD replacement

Hello their, I got my a2141 dead ssds replaced becasue they were short due to humidity. Now the problem is that sometime , (it happens rarely but) the mac suddenly shuts down and then turn on with some error report.

Macbook Pro 2019 A2141 Fans Run at full RPM after SSD Replacement but run fine with Mac Fan Control Software which also uses the same heat sensors to control fan speed. Mac also shuts down but rarely and wakes up wth error report

Mut mac keeps running correctly, secondly the issue is that after the ssd replacement the fans run at full rpm , i can control them via mac fan control software sensor based functionality but, macbook it self seems not controlling them. Maybe an incorrect os install after ssd replacement causing this or else. Need your suggestions. Thanks

SSD is solder to the board— therefore a replacement on a 2019 is logic board replacement.

If this was done by Apple/AASP I would take it back, typically you have a 90-day warranty on all parts & labor

Unfortunately the Logic Boards on the MBPro 16" (2019) models have an extremely high rate of failure.

In fact, there are numerous posts on this forum where users have mentioned even the replaced Logic Boards had failures soon after an official Apple Logic Board replacement....some when the user first powered on the laptop after the repair. Some mentioned even a replacement replacement Logic Board also failed and Apple was unwilling to replace it a fourth time.

If this was an official Logic Board replacement by Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider, then you have a 90 day part/repair warranty. I highly recommend you take advantage of the part warranty while you can.

Personally I don't recommend spending any money on repairing any 2016-2020 Intel Mac with USB-C ports (especially the MBPro 16" (2019) model) for multiple reasons. The money spent on repairs is much better put towards a new laptop. The M-series laptops are a huge improvement over the 2016-2020 Intel Macs in multiple ways and they are the future. It is only a matter of time (year or two at most) before Apple drops support for the Intel Macs.
