Activation Lock is an anti-theft feature that you cannot bypass.


You cannot unlock the phone without the credentials that it is asking for. We cannot. Apple will not unless you have proof of original purchase that is satisfactory to Apple. Which, if you bought the phone second-hand, you won't.

Not sure if you mean a receipt by "ticket". If this is a third party purchase, it will do no good. As seen here many times the purchase receipts needs to be the original receipt from the Apple Store or Authorized Apple seller. I can print out a receipt myself and it means absolutely nothing. For that reason, Apple does not get involved in third party sales.
