Encryption credentials expired on HP 3830 printer with MacBook Pro My wireless printing was going great. Suddenly got the message "printer is on pause". I woule go into the qje and take it off ause but keep getting the sane message. Then started getting the message"encyption credentials have expired". I can now not get anything to print. Cannot fix printer's "encryption credentials expired" error I've been trying to get my macbook (which is updated to Monterey 12.6) to print to my Dell MFP e525w printer for months now. I'll admit laziness in finally getting this sorted - I go through the troubleshooting steps, they don't work, I decide I don't have time for this and just print it from my PC or my (Android sry) phone, which have absolutely no issues printing to the same printer. I have followed all of the standard troubleshooting steps many, many times: Removing the printer on the printers & scanners screen, and adding it anew Resetting the printer settings on the printers & scanners screen, and adding it anew Restarting the router, printer, etc Removing the Dell printer driver and installing it fresh from the Dell site Yelling at it Trying to finally get to the bottom of it, as I would really like to print. Thank you!

After looking over Writing an effective Apple Support Communities Question please provide additional details. We cannot help you with the sparse amount of info you provided. Look over the article, it try to explain what we need from you in order to assist you.

The way we interpret your initial comment would be like if you called your doctor and told them your foot hurts and demanding to know what the problem is. Well he's going to need to get more info than just letting him know it hurts. We aren't much different, we need more info.
