My Add Esim option is missing and I can’t also find the EID option on the settings but i see it when i dial x#06#, it shows but not showing in settings.. i have also reset my network settings and also tried resetting my phone but still it didn’t show up. My iphone model number says MWN82LL/A, A2111. I can’t add Esim because of this… pls i need help

You carrier should be able to provision the eSIM on your device w/ only the IMEI2 as displayed w/ *#06*
Contact your carrier for assistance.
They only need your IMEIx for provisioning.
Who is your carrier? What country are you in?

Not sure what the carrier’s rep might have told you … but …
The carrier provides the QR code to YOU, presumably in-person or via eMail.
You then scan the QR code w/ your iphone to initiate provisioning.
Perhaps w/ this particular carrier you should simply elect to use a nanoSIM.

Model numbers: A2111 (Canada, United States), A2223 (China mainland, Hong Kong, Macao), A2221 (other countries and regions)
While it may work in your region, you may need to utilize a Nano SIM card.
I have contacted my carrier and they couldn’t help.. they said they need the option to display before they can add my esim
I am from Nigeria. My carrier is MTN I have contacted them and they said they need the QR code to scan it
