Activation Lock after iOS update on iPhone 11

I bought my iPhone 11 in 2020, used it until September 2024, after which I updated and realized that I forgot all the data, now it has an activation lock after the update. I called support and sent them a request to remove the activation lock with attached receipts, but after 3-4 days, I got a refusal and it was written that subsequent appeals would not be considered, what to do now and how to send the checks again, because they are correct and I see no reason to refuse?

  • Did you purchase the device from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller?
  • Did the receipt you provided include the serial number along with your name?
  • What data did you forget after updating , the Apple ID email address or the Password?

None of us will be able to help with overriding Apple decision, just trying to figure out why the request was rejected. There are many reasons for refusal, just not sure what it is for your device.
