Connecting dysonOnTrac headphones to Apple TV, not showing up on Bluetooth

My Dyson headphones won’t connect to my Apple TV both are up to date with software etc. shows up on my iPhone just not on my Apple TV

The general procedure is the same for all bluetooth devices:

  1. Set the accessory in bluetooth discovery mode/​pairing mode.
  2. On Apple TV, go to Settings﹥Remotes and Devices﹥Bluetooth﹥ᴏᴛʜᴇʀ ᴅᴇᴠɪᴄᴇs﹥…
  3. Find your newly discovered device there. Select it to pair and connect.
  4. Once paired, it will be remembered for a next time, so you do not need to set it to discovery mode again for this pairing, and for headphones you can then connect more easily through the Control Center audio/​headphones interface.
