Erasing Apple Watch SE to factory settings at an Apple Store

I switched to android a while back , and during the time I didn’t have a iPhone , I left my Apple Watch aside , (with out use ) , so I deleted my email that was associated with the Apple ID on my Apple Watch SE , and I don’t have the two step verification recovery number to receive a verification

number message anymore . So I want to know , is it possible if I pay for a corporate Apple store worker to ask me questions about the account on the watch , to verify that truly it is my first and personal owned watch , and it is not stolen ? Could they erase it themselves with their own programs ? Is there a service online that does this remotely? I’m willing to pay ! Please help
