Dual monitors for remote work on MacBook Pro

I work at home from a MacBook Pro and remote into a Dell PC at work. I have two monitors attached to my MacBook and want to use them just as I use my monitors at work. My Dell has two screens that I can go back and forth between working on different things at the same time. I currently cannot toggle back and forth between my monitors at home when remoted into my work computer. Solution?
