Should iPhone 11 be Charged overnight with power on or off?
When charging my iPhone 11, leave power off or leave power on? And is it harmful to charge overnight?

Leave the power on.
Connect the phone to the power adapter at night and leave it connected all night....every night.
It is impossible to overcharge the phone's battery.
