Issues with notifications on business page (all through Facebook, Meta Business and Messenger).

I have been having issues for the past few months with not receiving any notifications on my business page. I have deleted all apps, restarted them, checked and triple checked that all of my settings are set to on (in the business suite, the Facebook app, and the phone settings), and even bought a separate business phone and absolutely no notifications are coming through. I tried to see if it was just my business page by logging in to my personal, and all my messages went through.

Then, so go into the settings via laptop, and checked. For some reason, it will not let me change the business settings to "push" because it shows only as in app only. I am not sure if this is contributing to the issue, but is the only thing that looks different from the business versus personal notifications.

I was looking through a lot of forums and it shows that it's a known bug in the system, but has been like this for years. I was just wondering what is going on and how to fix this as it impacts my ability to run my business.
