Only the carrier can unlock the phone. Apple cannot do this.

Contact the carrier and ask them to unlock the phone.

Please be aware that your carrier will be less than thrilled to do this, because they realize that they are losing a customer and income.......so you may need to be firm with your request.

I’m not trying to get information from comments from other people that’s in a chat I’m trying to talk with someone from Apple. I don’t need no advice from a stranger that doesn’t have nothing to do with my phone and don’t know nothing about it and don’t work for Apple.

This isn't a chat, and it isn't a forum for contacting Apple. It's a user-to-user forum. Apple largely is not here, except to moderate it. When you posted your question, you were implicitly asking strangers for help. Several strangers (who weren't obligated to do so) gave that help to you, even if the answer wasn't the one which you wanted to hear.

As the Apple Support article which Mac Jim ID referred to says, "Apple can't unlock your iPhone for use with a different carrier. Only your current carrier can unlock your iPhone."

By the way, your implication that the people who responded "don't know nothing about it" is false. Do you see that little "Level 10" by Mr. Timmons' name? That means that he provided a LOT of comments and answers, in these forums, that people found useful or helpful, and marked as such. Even Level 10 contributors can make a mistake from time to time, but my impression is that he knows what he is talking about.

I’m trying to talk with someone from Apple

Apple is not here. This is a user-to-user site. We are all users.....just like you. No one from Apple will see your post and no one from Apple will reply.

This was explained in the Terms of Use Agreement for this site....which you signed.

As far as unlocking your phone......only the carrier that locked the phone can do this. You will be wasting your time asking Apple to unlock the phone. They cannot do this.

The site is simply other users just like you and what Bob Timmons posted is absolutely true, that only the carrier can remove the lock and Apple will not be able to do that. You are certainly entitled to hear that from Apple using the contact link provided by Jeff Donald. Apple also details it here in a Support Article:
