Step-by-step guide to merge multiple iPhone Calendars into one

I, like many other users, I was confused by the iPhonee calendar options and ended up with five calendars, but I need only one. I have read on this forum that the data from various calendars needs to be transferred to another device and then a calender deleted. How can I use Win 11 laptop to transfer data from iphone to win? Thank you.

Apple has an app for use of iPhone with Microsoft Windows, and here is the related guide:

For small numbers of calendar events, the usual process of moving events is manual:

Bulk moving calendars using macOS:

I’d suggest asking a Windows app question in a Windows forum. You’ll want to identify which Windows calendar app is in use here, too. Here’s a Microsoft Outlook discussion from some years ago, no idea if it’s still current, nor which calendar app you’re using (Outlook?) on Windows here:

Microsoft also has discussion forums, and those are a better spot for Windows app questions. The calendars might be hosted at Apple iCloud, at Google, or elsewhere, but the commands involved here are those of the Windows calendar client spp (Outlook?) that you’re using here.

For transferring (other?) data from iPhone ro Windows, what data might that be? Calendar data, or something else?

I'd suggest making an appointment at a local Apple Store, if one is nearby, and asking them to show you how to use your iPhone, and its calendar.

Many Apple Stores offer free classes on using iPhone and other Apple products, and this would be an ideal question to ask in one of those sessions.

Here are the Today at Apple (free) class listings, schedules, and reservations: Today at Apple - Apple

Thank you for your suggestions but I have never mentioned MS Outlook calendar or any other data transfer.

Okay. I was clearly confused by this part: "How can I use Win 11 laptop to transfer data from iphone to win?:

I do understand how to add events to the iPhone calendar.

Yes, and the link to create events also includes how to edit events, and which includes how to relocate an event into a different calendar. Which I'd summarized above as "tap on the event, select Edit, select calendar".

My question is how to merge multiple calendars on iPhone into one calendar on iPhone?

Yes, your question is how to merge multiple calendars on iPhone into one calendar on iPhone.

That means moving the events one at a time, or using your Microsoft Windows system to bulk-move events, assuming your Windows system is configured to connect to the Apple iCloud calendars.

I have Iphone; IPad and Win 11 laptop but NO apple laptop. Thank you.

Easiest, no-step procedure, on iPhone: leave the events as they are. It'll continue to work as it has.

Maybe then move the events, one at a time, as they pop up, and when you decide to do that move for each.

How to move those events one at a time on iPhone is linked described above.

There is no bulk move on iPhone. It's one at a time, as linked above.

You have Microsoft Windows, which can mean you are using the Outlook calendar app or potentially some other calendar app, with event relocation instructions linked above. This if your Microsoft Outlook calendar is configured to share your iCloud calendar. There is apparently a bulk-move option in Microsoft Outlook, as linked above. The Apple forums aren't the best spot to get help with Microsoft Windows, or with Outlook or whatever other calendar app you're using on Windows. Microsoft has forums available for Windows, and for their other apps including Outlook.
