Why do not shows groww app in App Store

Hi there

i was trying to download groww app while I was in Australia on Australian ph numbers. The app was appearing and downloaded but can’t make account because the app was not working outside India.

but now I am in India and I got Indian phone number using different iPhone set , the happened is , when I search app even do not shows groww app. When I tryed through different way then say this app do not working in your country or region even I am in India and using Indian phone number. All other apps apears when searching in App Store only not groww !

what I should do ?
