MacBook Messages to Android Fail to Deliver

I am on the current OS on and M4 MacBook Pro. If someone messages me from an android phone number I can reply to them but if I try to initiate a message or if android users are in my group text, the messages fail to deliver. I don't see any settings to change either in Messages or System Settings that can fix this. This problem is only in the past month or so. OS 15.2 (24C101)

I can send the same messages on my iPhone without an issue.

Please Help.

On your iPhone, go to Settings>Apps>Messages>Text Message Forwarding and make sure that your Mac is connected.
