All of the directions I can find include a reference to settings once you are in the iCloud app on your PC, but I have no such option as settings when I get in there. How do you import a V card file that includes all of your contacts, not just a single one?

Apple has apparently changed the layout and procedure recently. Click the + button at the top right of Contacts in iCloud.com and then click "Import Contact ..." and you can then select a file to import. I have not tried this myself since the change so I am only assuming that it will accept a vcf file with multiple contacts.

Thank you so much for the reply. Unfortunately, I have tried the methods you suggested numerous times and it does not import an entire list, only single cards and I have over 400 contacts to import. So far I have found no solution.
