What is the highest macOS I can upgrade to?

I want to upgrade my OS. I have an IMAC Model imac14,4. Running OS 10.10.5. Intel core i5, 1.4 GHz. What is the highest OS I can upgrade to? Does this require multiple upgrades to get to 11?

Back up your data, check the application compatibility table, click here, and then on the download link for a newer OS. That model's maximum one is Big Sur, and it can be upgraded in one step.

Catalina and above won't run 32-bit software and split the functions of iTunes up; if you choose one of them, use Go64 as well.
