Double-tapping to choose capital letters for the whole text does not work after the last iPhone update. I have friends with eyesight problems needing capital letters to be able to read my messages. Having to choose black arrow for every letter is a nuisance. Help!

Strange, it works on mine. Go to Settings/General/Keyboard and check the switch for Enable Caps Lock. If it is already on turn it off and then on.
