Weird white areas on MacBook Pro M2 screen

Hello! About a month ago I have noticed that my MacBook has white areas on screen when it's black but still on. I'm not really sure why this happened and I want to know is this thing common on Pro M2? Also, does this mean that my screen is broken (or about to die) and it is not a software problem?

(Attachment was taken with long exposure, IRL these areas are very dim but annoying)

Thanks for in advance for any information!
