You can try and request a refund here:

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

Refunds are not guaranteed since the purchase requires authentication with your personal information. At times Apple may offer a compassionate refund, but it is never expected

That is why you need to find out how that could have happened and may require you to:

  • Change the Passcode
  • Change your Apple ID Password
  • Contact your bank for a fraudulent charge and they will need to issue you a new debit card. More fraudulent charges are likely to follow. That would indicate your bank allowed someone else to add your card to their device.

What did you determine the subscription was for when viewing your Purchase History or stopped the subscription? That information is also provided by the link suggested by shoeluvr13.

View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support

View or cancel app subscriptions on iPhone - Apple Support

After determining what the subscription was for it is usually easy to figure out how the charged occurred, whether it was from a Free Trial or another Family Member that has your information to make that purchase. With the Free Trial you would have some indication about the subscription and whether or not you forgot to cancel it before it became a subscription. Without any of that, it only points to your Debit Card being compromised.

It is important to find out how that could have happened as it may indicate you have much more serious problems. Any subscription or free trial that becomes a subscription can only be started by someone who has access to your phone and double clicked the side button with the amount showing on the screen, followed by verification with your Passcode.

  • It that was not you, then either you are the Organizer of a family plan that uses Purchase Sharing to allow members to make purchases to your account, someone has access to your phone, or your Debit Card has been compromised.

If this is a case where you did sign up for a Free Trial and forgot to cancel before it became a subscription, then that is a completely different issue. What information was gained about the app when viewing your Purchase History?

This does not make any sense all I need is my refund otherwise I will not stop posting it here

I have posted the link for you to follow to request a refund. If you get one it is up to Apple, not us. It seems odd that the refund is the only concern as you may have a much more serious problem on your hands if you have no idea how this happened. Are we missing something?
