Cannot unhide Instagram app on iPhone Home Screen

“I accidentally hid the Instagram app on my iPhone by selecting an option when holding down the app icon. Now the app is only visible in the App Store and the ‘Hidden Apps’ section under iPhone Storage, but I can’t find it in the App Library or Spotlight Search, and I can’t add it back to the home screen.”
