If you can't remember your firmware password, schedule an in-person service appointment with an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider ( Find Locations )
Bring your Mac to the appointment, and bring your original receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.

Then the Mac will stay Activation Locked. Since you are not the original purchaser and do not have proof of original purchase that would be satisfactory to Apple, I don’t think they will consider a request to remove the lock. And neither you nor we can remove it.

I have all the documents for the purchase. The box and the receipts. Everything is there!
It looks like the first user unlinked the MacBook from his account incorrectly. And now it is his Apple ID that needs to be entered. There is no way to contact the first user.
