When I try to correct my 9-year-old daughter's birthday in iCloud/Apple Account, I get a message that it "could not be changed because of a server error. Try again."
I'm trying to change the day, not the year of birth. Made several attempts over the last few months.

When a minors age needs to be corrected/adjusted in most cases an adult needs to make voice contact with Apple Support.
Why voice contact? Thus is a necessary procedure to establish that it’s not a minor trying to manipulate the verification system.
