SideCar with M1Pro MacBook Pro and two external monitors

Is it possible to use Sidecar with my MacBook Pro (M1 Pro) that already has two external monitors connected to it via USB-C?

I am hoping to add my iPad Pro via Sidecar so I can use the iPad for note taking and photoshop editing using my Apple Pencil.

My impression – which could be wrong – is that you can have one AirPlay or Sidecar display in addition to whatever number of real displays your Mac supports.

Since you already have both the Mac and the iPad, I would think that you could check if the configuration works just by playing it – assuming that you meet all of the Sidecar system requirements.

a sidecar device does not provide full-motion video, it provides something closer to a rapid set of snapshots. Because the update frequency is greatly reduced, a sidecar device does not consume a display generator the way a regular display does. But it does use up your Mac's hardware video encoder/decoder circuits, so the number of sidecar devices is limited.
