Issue with blocking contacts on iPhone

I am trying to block a company who has been sending me irrelevant messages. But it doesn’t get blocked. I have attached a video of the issue for reference

Blocking contacts/messages feature not working Hi! I can’t block contacts and their messages and keep receiving spam. I’ve tried rebooting my phone, like somebody here recommended, but it’s still not working. I’m trying to block by Icon button and Block This Caller, but as soon as I hit Done and go back to check the info, it still says Block This Caller instead of Unblock.

Why am I still receiving messages from a blocked contact? I’m still receiving msgs from a contact I blocked over a month ago both on my iPhone and tablet. I’ve tried rebooting, unblocking and re-blocking. The contact shows as blocked on the contact info page but I still receive her msgs. Has anyone else experienced this? What to do?
