My iPhone got Locked to Owner after hardware repair

My iphone 7 plus with name laurent’s iphone get locked after repairing the damaged hardware part from there it can not open with my apple id and password i used to connect with it by the time i bought it what should i do in order to recover my phone ?

You have 2 issues going on there:

Was the repair done by an unauthorized service provider that may have attempted to use non-genuine parts and what did they say about it?
You may still be able to remove the Activation Lock by submitting the original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller to prove ownership.
