Delete AppleID but I don't remember password, mail, phone

Hello,

My sister passed her phone on to my uncle, but unfortunately, she doesn’t remember the Apple ID password. We tried to recover the account, but we no longer have access to the old phone number or email associated with it. Could you please advise how we can recover the account? We have the phone and its original box as proof of ownership.

Thank you!

- "Account recovery is a process designed to get you back into your Apple ID account when you don’t have enough information to reset your password." "If you use two-factor authentication and can’t sign in or reset your password, you can regain access after an account recovery waiting period."

Alternatively, Apple can completely reset a device if a person can provide sufficient evidence of valid ownership. Check the requirements and steps at: Activation Lock support request - https://al-support.apple.com/#/additional-support Apple says, "Proof of ownership documentation is required," but does not detail what currently constitutes proof other than it “must include the product serial number, IMEI or MEID.” Apple may typically require the original receipt* issued by Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller. (In other words, the box alone may not be sufficient.) If Apple resets the device this will give you access to the device but won't restore access to the account used to lock it. There is nothing that can be done to expedite an Activation Lock request.
