I can’t access subscriptions or payment information

Every time I try to go to manage my subscriptions or even my payment method. It just buffers then either freezes or goes to a screen that says cannot connect. I’m on an iPhone 14 Pro Max and iOS version 18.2.1.

Do you use a VPN, had VPN software or VPN profiles on your iPhone? If so, please delete the apps and profiles and reset your network settings.


If your iPhone or iPad won't connect to a network - Apple Support
