After I transfered my photos from my android through original apple app all of my photos are out of the date and all of them are saying they are from today.

Then it should have the data. How are you sorting the images? If your sorting by most recent, then they probably are all grouped around import date.
If you sort by date taken, rather the date imported/transferred you should be good.
It sounds like the android was not set to include all the metadata (EXIF). If the original photos are still on the Android, you can review settings and try the transfer again. If the photos are gone off the android or the phone is gone, what you have is it I’m afraid.
You have to make sure the metadata is included in the transfer. What app are you using to transfer the image files?
