Printer no longer working with ipad
My HP printer was low on ink after printing from my IPad. I put in a new cartridge and now it will not print from my IPad. I was on the phone with tech support for a total of 3 hours. The printer says it’s connected, but nothing happens when I try to print. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer 4 times. Unplugged and plugged, hit resets on the back of the printer, forgot my network, then added it back, turned on airplane mode, then off, shut computer down, then back on. Any suggestions?
it worked fine before I added the cartridge.
