Getting pop ups from website on iPhone; is it Malware?

I’ve been getting pop ups from a website called tracemoni******.life saying it’s scanning my device. Is it malware? I’m not sure how to solve this. Anyone else experience the same issue? Any help is appreciated, thank you.

That particular pop up also happened to me several times on two different major news sites..
