How do I optimise battery charging limit and cycle count on iPad Air M2 2024
I have iPad Air M2 2024, and I have set battery to be charged only to 80% no more than 80% charge, that can be done in settings and battery section. So my question is if I use my iPad, always plugged in, then will it count toward cycle count of battery.
Over all question is that if I use my iPad always plugged in and battery limit set to 80% then will my battery health decrease or my battery health charging cycle count towards it or it has nothing benefits.
When my iPad is charged to 80%, then it use battery power or it use plug in power that I am using to charge it. If it use battery power, then there is no point of always keeping it plugged in because battery is discharging and battery cycle is counting. And if it using power of charger not of the battery then it fulfil my purpose of keeping always plugged in, so can you clarify it?
