iPhone 12 earpiece not working

Srinath here from Bangalore.

my iPhone 12 earpiece suddenly stopped working from 4 days. I purchased this phone in 2021.

I checked about the issue online n got to know it’s a manufacturing defect where Apple is acknowledged the issue where iPhone 12 and 12 pro manufactured in between 2020-2021 had some issue and eligible for free service but there is clause it should not cross 3 years .

why buyer should suffer when the issue is from the company side. My mobile is in brand new condition n have no physical damage or water damage and it clearly shows it’s a software issue.

I had been to Apple service centre which is located in New BEL road Bangalore, they checked my mobile and said it’s crossed 3 years n not eligible for free service.

when the mobile gets damage from customer side irrespective of warranty customer will bare it. Similarly when the issue happens from the company side company should provide service at free of cost irrespective of years.

looks it’s a scam :(
