Apple Watch Series 6 Battery Replacement Loosing Blood Oxygen Sensor I went in to get the battery replacement on my Apple Watch Series 6. They told me that they can’t replace the battery but they can replace the whole unit - and that the new unit will not have the blood oxygen feature. Has anyone else faced this issue? I purchased my device in 2021 so it shouldn’t be covered by the blood oxygen sensor restriction. It is extremely unfair that after paying hundred of dollars for the device and then AppleCare+ they’re asking me to sacrifice a feature of my device or deal with the awful battery.

No alternative can be offered since the entire function was banned by the US trade commission, not just the app. We, your fellow users, have no idea if or when that feature will return to US-sold Apple Watches. We'll all just have to wait and see.
