iphone SE how do I change a white font to bla

My Home Screens have white letters but if I go elsewhere all letters are black! I want my home screens to be black but don’t know how to do that.

It will change automatically based on Wallpaper Colour. Lighter Colour wallpapers will have black letters and darker wallpapers will have white colour letters.

It changes from black to white and vice-versa based on the colour scheme of the wallpaper used on your iPhone.
