Can't restore my iPhone using Apple Devices.

Apple Devices freezes up everytime it reaches "Verifying iPhone restore with Apple" and my iPhone can't restore or update iOS. I was originally trying to update to the latest iOS version, but it froze mid-process and my iPhone is now stuck in recovery mode.

iPhone 16 Pro Max, iOS 18
