It's not my computer, or internet, its just the show (Severance) looks terrible. I watch Netflix/Prime with great quality, why is this so bad? Is there an option in settings to show higher quality?

No I'm using a Windows PC, windows 11 with 4090 video card and high end CPU.
So the issue is between your Apple TV unit and the PC. Correct?
If so, I'm afraid I'll be no help at all since I've never owned, or used an Apple TV unit. Hopefully, someone who has will chime in.
No there's no Apple TV Unit.
I load tv.apple.com on my Google Chrome browser (tried other browsers) and the video quality is terrible on all browsers on my computer.
