iPhone 13 Pro not updating iOS automaticaly.

I just now noticed there’s an outstanding phone update that came out on 01/06/2025. Today is 01/20/2025. Automatic updates is on, and this happens every single time an update comes out.

The same thing happens with app updates. Auto update is on but I find that I need to constantly open the app store, refresh the profile, and update large batches of 20-30 apps at a time.

My phone is up to date, I’m always on wifi, and my phone is always plugged in overnight.

I saw someone with this exact problem posted in 2023 with no resolution.
