iPhone 12 screen will not rotate
My iPhone 12Pro photo and Apple TV screen does not rotate when I change the phone from the vertical to horizontal position. It did previously.

Do any apps rotate? Have you tried a Forced Restart --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support (CA)
Also, your tag line suggests you're still on iOS 18.1.1. Update your iPhone to the current iOS 18.2.1 and see if that helps in any way.
