No need to be confused. Currently the law that imposes fines on Google, Apple, and Microsoft has NOT been overturned. It has not been done by Congress and the Supreme Court has not ruled that an Executive Order can eliminate those fines.
The fines on those companies are only for new downloads in their App Stores, so you can continue to use a previously downloaded app or access TikTok on the web using Safari. There has been no permanent solution, so the future of TikTok is still in limbo.

I think it is going to take a short 10 second video to get the message across. Add a couple of dance moves in there and it may be more understandable.

Did you have a discussion with your Congressional Representatives that passed the law? Apple did not make the law. All Apple can do is follow the law no matter how many users want to download the app or for whatever reason. Congress provided no exceptions for both Apple and Google. That is the reason why it is not in the Google Play Store either.

Has anyone heard the rumor that TikTok will be taken down in April???? There were a few people in TikTok saying so and I did not comment on it, but I was like,,,,,, "Here we go again" I enjoy TikTok way muchand I want to hope that it will survive ;)
The ban isn’t being enforced on app stores but Apple and Google have not brought the app back to their stores.
Lets just hope it’s brought back
