URGENT‼️How do I close/force quit an app with broken home button

my hom button is broken as it’s an iPhone 7 Plus. The new screen after it broke, I don’t know how to close an app by double clicking the home button.

Now I need to quit some apps as they are become unresponsive then drain my battery.

Please help ASAP‼️

Try using assistive touch.

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch.
Turn on AssistiveTouch. The AssistiveTouch menu button appears on the screen.
To customize AssistiveTouch, tap any of the following: Customize Top Level Menu: Tap an icon to change its action. Tap. or. to change the number of icons in the menu.

I don't know if it is relevant to iPhone 7 plus but why don't you swipe up on the screen from the bottom, this works with all other iPhone.
