Problem iPhone 16 Pro Max
Hello! I am deeply disappointed with the last Apple product I purchased (iPhone 16 Pro Max - 1 Terabyte), which I spent a lot of money on. The product was purchased in October 2024 and in December the problems with the front camera started, it had a purple tint. I contacted "Apple Support" hoping that it was just a software problem, but the problem is with the camera and now I am left without my phone, which is in service. Basically, a handful of money for a new phone that I was left without, having to transfer all my data so as not to lose it. So far I have only purchased new Apple products, this will be the last!
When my phone comes back from service,it will be like a refurbished one! I’m really disappointed.
No more apple products!
