Migration Assistant says not enough space on MacBook Air M3

Hi - trying to use Migration Assistant to set up my new MacBook Air M3. Keep getting message that there is not enough space but my old machine had 128GB storage and the new one has 256GB. Can't understand what the problem could be.

So - it seems that the Migration Assistant was picking up everything I had stored on my OneDrive even though it was in the cloud and not stored on my Mac. I had to unlink the OneDrive from my Mac, do the transfer and then set up OneDrive on the new machine. Apple hadn't come across this before so after they had checked everything else they thought it could be down to the OneDrive.

All good now!
