my photos were all deleted , out of nowhere , I did not delete them and I can’t find them on my iCloud and i have been backing them up , how do I recover them ?

If the photos were deleted, and you sync using iCloud Photos, the photos are also deleted in iCloud.
If you do not use iCloud Photos, your photos are part of your device backup. Provided you haven't backed up since deleting you can factory reset your device and set it up again using the backup. You'll lose anything since the backup but you might regain your photos.
