They unbanned tiktok why can’t I download it

The fines placed on both Apple and Google have NOT been removed. Congress has NOT repealed the law and the Supreme Court has NOT ruled on whether any Executive Order can eliminate those fines. So the only thing that is possible is using a previously downloaded version of TikTok on your device or accessing it on the web using Safari.

While President Trump has delayed the Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act (PAFACA) for 75 days, major tech companies such as Apple and Google can still keep TikTok off their App Stores to avoid ruinous fines and potential legal liability.
