How can I lock MacBook Pro keyboard for cleaning?

Incase anyone has missed this, I found it somewhere else on the internet.

Hold Command, Control, shift for 7 seconds. Then also add the power button / finger print key until it shuts down. Then, you can clean all but the power button. I mean, who touches the finger print key that much anyway? It will help you in the event of a spill or general cleaning. Then while the computer boots up, you can vigorously wipe the power button.

Thank you to that person out there on the internet who helped me.
