Two months ago I bought an iPhone 16 Pro black with cover Cellularline, I’ve noticed that the edges are starting to mark or chipping.
I contacted several times Apple and visited the Apple Store Retail. They said it isn't covering under warranty because it’s not a known issue. However, I believe it’s more of a material problem than accidental damage or something caused by Cellularline. Has anyone else had the same issue? Photos are attached.

I have absolutely no issues with chipping on my iPhone 16 Pro Max, and Apple has not recognized it as a Service Program, so this is not a widespread issue. As Katana-San stated, this is considered cosmetic damage. I also personally like to stick to Apple's iPhone cases.
I have seen numerous cases on Reddit, so I would like to understand more here on the official forum as well.
The advertisement for the iphone spoke of 'Titanium up to 5 times more resistant'. Had I known that the black had such problems or fragility I would have opted for natural titanium.

It might be the "official" forum but all the participants are just users, not Apple employees. Whether we agree with you or not might be interesting but ultimately doesn't matter because we can't do anything.
I don't understand this way of commenting, I only asked a question to the users. This way of yours of protecting and necessarily speaking well of Apple is not the best, in a forum one should be free to speak good and bad. I've been a customer for 20 years now and I know the dynamics well, I just wanted to see if others have my problem.
