iPhone 16 Pro black - Chipping

Two months ago I bought an iPhone 16 Pro black with cover Cellularline, I’ve noticed that the edges are starting to mark or chipping.

I contacted several times Apple and visited the Apple Store Retail. They said it isn't covering under warranty because it’s not a known issue. However, I believe it’s more of a material problem than accidental damage or something caused by Cellularline. Has anyone else had the same issue? Photos are attached.

Hello again ~ What don’t you understand? I am a fellow forum member like yourself and cannot make Apple change their policy. We also can’t poll here and you agreed to that when you joined these forums. It’s Apple’s playground therefore Apple’s rules. I am simply stating the facts as this is a technical forum not Reddit. I don't understand this way of commenting, I only asked a question to the users. This way of yours of protecting and necessarily speaking well of Apple is not the best, in a forum one should be free to speak good and bad. I've been a customer for 20 years now and I know the dynamics well, I just wanted to see if others have my problem.

And that's poll taking, which is a violation of the terms of use you agreed to when you joined the forum.
