I bought the iPhone 16 pro max in September 2024 one month in the titanium frame, the colour started to chip on its own near the charging port as a small dot, and one month later, on the titanium chip on the other sides, and it is a limited warranty. I use only apple's original silicon case. what I should want to do?

Are you near an Apple Store? This might be a warranty issue. When you first posted there were no photos. Now that I can see what you’re referring to, I think Apple should look at it.

Marks around the charging port are not a manufacturer’s defect in materials or workmanship. The marks are cosmetic and caused by the user plugging and unplugging the charging cable. Cosmetic marks are not a defect and are not covered. Sorry.
im using apple original case and i wont remove case and charge my phone at all

I'm in southern part of India, there is no apple's original store, there is only authorized sellers, if i ask them they are not responding me properly at all
