Bring back Retouch tool in Photos for softening wrinkles

Is Apple planning to bring back the retouch tool in Photos? I used to use it all the time. The Cleanup tool is nice for removing people from images, but it does not help when I want to soften wrinkles etc. Please restore the important Retouch tool. Respectfully. Thank you.
