I have a lot of problems after buying a 2017 macbook air

He had gotten a pre-owned macbook, which was at a lower price after not being able to connect to WiFi, with the question mark on the network

Then I wanted to format it, since there was still an Apple ID that was not ours, so I decided to do it with the CMD + R command to be able to format it... After that it had failed, without moving forward and I decided to restart it, that's when the question mark came out.

So after that I went to Apple's support page, as it said there, I tried several ways to fix it. All the commands I have seen, and in the end none of them worked for me since I had to connect to the network, and it did not detect the one that was connected with the cable, only the option to choose manually came out and even so it does not let me write the password, in addition to that, if I try it without being connected to the Internet by cable, The globe symbol with exclamation point comes out.

So after what happened, I think it's a problem with the board, how it doesn't detect the Internet correctly, and thanks to so many problems that the Mac has, it always surrounds the WiFi problem

What other way would I have to fix it?

MacBook Air 11″, macOS 12.7

"there was still an Apple ID that was not ours"

You may as well stop wasting your time right now.

It was not properly prepared for sale and will be useless as it is activation locked.

Return it and get your money back if you can.
